A very special favour .....

Is there any lovely, kind, person or company who would kindly sponsor our rossettes for
the Fun Day this year?
We would need 1st - 6th x 12 classes (so 72 in total)
We used these people for the Hollingbourne Fete to give you an idea:

We would happily include your name or business name either on the rossettes or on a
sticker at the back of the rossettes depending on space etc.

The above company sells them in packs of 25 so maybe 3 different companies would consider
sponsoring 25 each?

We'll give it another week or two and then we'll need to start
thinking about ordering them.

I will do 25 and they can be sponsored by Orin, it will be a surprise for his 13th birthday which is the day of the funday!

100 rosettes in total + p&p

I emailed the company asking for a quote for 100 with a personalised
"sponsored by ****" on each set of 25

This was the reply:

Hi Tracey,
Glad you were pleased with the rosettes. Thank you.
The usual place to print sponsored by ...... is on the tails but this does add to costs and I appreciate you want to keep costs to a minimum for the rescue fund.
To add a tail printed with what you wish normally adds 50p per rosette but I will do it for you for 35p as it is a charity. Not sure if this helps at all? I won't charge any set up fees either.
Other than this I don't do stickers but this is something you could do yourselves maybe to save costs?

£0.35 x 100 rosettes = £35
£35 divided by 4 sponsors = £8.75 extra per sponsor

How does everyone feel about this?
This is quite a bit extra to pay and we're not, by any means suggesting you pay it.
It would so nice to have the "sponsored by" bit on the rosettes somewhere - does
anyone have any cheaper ideas? Would you rather pay less and have a sticker on the
back with your detail? Can anyone print stickers for everyone??
Or any other ideas you have, let me know

labels might be a possibility, would have to investigate further

can we find out what size the stickers would need to be?

I'll ask her to measure them across the back

The width is 2 1/2 in and the depth is 21/2 ins although would say for the depth of the sticker to be no more than 1 1/2 ins as there is a safty pin in the back

Im happy to pay the extra but also happy to go with majority vote.

not very good at imperial to metric, but I reckon thats about 6.3 cm x 3.8 cm




probably could get my paws on some lables that are 6.3 x 2.9/3.0 cm - so that could work if you want to go down that route?
