Even if we can do split shifts and just cover a couple of hours each - The
more stalls we can run, the more cash we can raise
But we need help

Sam and I will def be there to help out for a few hours - we can't really leave our hound for too long, but we're more than happy to arrive before it all starts to sort gazebos/running extension leads etc etc and then maybe man the gate or a stall for a couple of hours, or whatever's necessary really!!

ahoh, Ms Dolittle,

Phil and can help man/woman lbdr stalls or refreshment stall, will be there from 12 midday and can happily cover 2-3 hrs, with maybe a little break to buy goodies and cuddle dogs
will also bring bbq but not so good on the cooking part of that

be dropped off BEFORE the day of the Fun Day or is that too cheeky?
It doesn't matter when, but would like to have it here, all set up & ready to go
from when we open.


Thank you to everyone else who is kindly offering to help. Im not ignoring you all
and we really do appreciate it. I'm just waiting to see how many people come
forward to help before allocating stalls / jobs etc.

We're still lacking in volunteers help out - if anyone else can help, even for just a
few hours PLEASE let us know by replying to this thread.

Lets start with the BBQ

Would anyone like to run the BBQ stall for the whole day?

Or smaller shifts:

11.30 - 1.30?
1.30 - 3.30?
3.30 - 5.30? (unsure exactly what time things will start finishing)

No worries re BBQ will get it up earlier in the week then its all sorted

As always Clive and I will be there on both days.

I can do a spot of raffle tickets if its ok I will have Emi in tow?

I will arrive with Rosie, am trying to get another friend involved also. Can cover most stalls for stint. Not bad at making T
