A very sad update.
I have lifted this text from elsewhere.

This was posted on Ronnie's owners wall back on the 10th Feburary

Ronnie's story is especially awful:

IN REGARDS TO MY MISSING BULLDOG
i have not publicly wrote this yet i feel now is the time to. its with great sadn...ess and regret to tell you this : ... My bulldog ...aka Ronnie was found today. the bad news is that he has been a victim of animal cruelty in the worst way possible. someone has broke into my garden returning my dog in a bin full of water that he was drowned in !

Ive just read the 2 posts on the bulldogs and i can feel my heart thumping in my chest, this is terrible news. You know what...I'd gladly be put in a room with the scum who did this and lets see what the outcome would be then.

Sometimes when im out with my 2, and yes they can look the part, but i know Layla is the class clown and Roxy is the couch potato who we have had to roll off the couch to go for a walk. We have walked past groups of lads that sometimes group together and i see and hear them talking about them as if they were some sort of status symbols that they would like chained to them, i sometimes think if they fancied there chances they could follow me and see were we live, grab an opportunity to snatch them. I dont live in a rough area, it's just you dont know who and what these people are about, im always on my guard.

Sad, sad news !!

I agree, we must always micro chipped our dogs. I can't imagine what to do if my dog is lost without a microchip.
