Maidstone council deny any rumours that dogs have been poisoned at Mote Park over the past few weeks. Maidstone Police are unaware of any reported incidents. Maidstone RSPCA (where the original rumour started) have now retracted their statement.

Thanks for this info. I also contacted the local vet last week and they have not had any cases of poisoning from Mote Park nor had heard of any reported.

Yes, we must be vigilant but all this seems to have been a rumour.
