| I wish someone would snap this lovely boy up too. He is so loving and playful, just as a dog should be. He is looking so so good now he is ready to go. | |

| George walks well on the lead although some of the walkers walk him on a halti, he can pull when he sees another dog, most of the time with excitement to see it, he has shown an interest in cats when seen when out walking but not really in a negative way he sees more pheasant around here than cats and does not try to get them, he has not been formally cat tested Perhaps some of the people that walk George might like to comment on this please | |

| And do we know yet what he's like with other dogs (big and small) ? Do u think he could live with a dominant bitch?

| He is fine with other dogs, can play a bit rough but I think once he had been with the dog a while he would calm down he just gets a bit excited to start with
As to what he would be like with a dominant bitch that is hard to say him an Bana can have a bit of a go at each other but I think that is more Bana's fault, and it is the excitement of going out, once out they are fine, but all the dogs get excited when first let out of their kennels, I think it would depend on a couple of meeting first to see how they would get on
If your girl is very dominant then maybe the personality of Archie would be better, he is playful but submissive
How does your girls dominance show itself?

| Sharon, how did he get on with Duchess?. I thought they were side-by-side for while and Duchess was incredibly bullish to start, due to her size, with Tyler (male rotty) when I took her in. The bullish nature fizzled out within days as previous pictures posted on this forum show.

| He was good with Duchess, if she told him off he would tell her off back, he is good with most dogs and if anything does start and you tell him he does listen to the handler, I think same with most dogs you would need a meeting to see how they reacted to each other, | |

Perhaps some of the people that walk George might like to comment on this please I walk him on a collar not a halti and he walks beautifully although I only go around Sharon's field as I go in the evenings so there's not much to tempt him to pull. Having said that though, when I first started a few months ago he used to pull like anything and was one of the hardest to walk; he's improved so much bless him.

How does your girls dominance show itself? well shes a bit ott in the play and can get a bit rough , sometimes have to seperate but this seems to be almost always bitches , the play with boys is usually a bit more flirtatious lol i dont think a boy that put my girl in her place would be a bad thing ive never had a boy dog so not sure about mixing them and what it entails she grew up with a gsd x rotti bitch and thought of her as her mum (passed away over xmas) , im sure she will be BRILL with the right dog ive never had a full rottie or any rescue AT ALL so slightly nervous of having one that could turn or do something unpredictable(unlike when you have a puppy from 8 weeks old and know it 99 %) , im probably being silly but i think ive got a reasonable home to offer and now dont want to be part of the buying/promoting breeding process (yes i know theres rehoming fees) - Quote :

so he does recall easily rather than get into trouble in the first place? thanks so far guys
